Why No Kings?
Because we refuse to acquiesce to a government regime that intrudes on rights, wages war on it’s own population, and promotes tyranny. Simple as that.
Why Coffee?
Coffee is not only a beverage we enjoy in the morning or after a meal (or, let’s face it, the rest of the day, too). Coffee is political. Coffee feeds discussion and debate. Most importantly, coffee is revolutionary. Do we want to lead a revolution? No, we really don’t, but we don’t want to be in a position where we might need to, either. We did not choose this. Autocrats, oligarchs, and tyrants did. Simply put, we won’t back down.
We are not affiliated with the No Kings Organization or Indivisible movements. We just like what they do. We pledge to donate $2 for each bag of coffee purchased to Indivisible.
Our Coffee
We have three coffee, perhaps appropriately named:
- Liberte: This is coffee for thinking your own thoughts before the world tells you what to believe.
- Fraternite: A coffee that understands community isn’t an algorithm — it’s people, tables, and conversation.
- Egalite: Because fairness shouldn’t be theoretical — it should be something you can taste every morning.
